Refund policy

Return:
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not, we offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. 

First, please contact us at Info@labronperfume.com for authorization of your return/exchange.

Once approved and we have received your returned item/s, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable):

When your return is received, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original payment method. 

*Returns could be rejected if Item is damaged or used* 

 

Sample Sets (if applicable):

Sample Sets cannot be returned. 

Sale items (if applicable):

Sale items will be refunded at the sale price. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Please send an email to info@labronperfume.com and your item to the address below for exchange. 

Shipping:

To return your product, mail your product to 704 Marshall Drive, Belton, TX 76513. 

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When shipping a returned item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
